or im still alive and there's nothing i want to do
wednesdays are my favourite. sure, i have to be at uni at 10am, and leave at 5pm, but i like it.
today was no exception to the greatness of wednesdays. my last lecture was a bit of a disappointment though. i was intending to catch up on some good old Lost episodes... so i settled down in my usual seat next to jonathan, finished my deliciously crap chocolate mousse and started episode 6. roughly 20 minutes into the show, i hear murmuring around me, then the lecture theatre started applauding. "what is this evil?" i think to myself as the theatre starts piling out the door. it was true... something that could have made my day turned into a very annoying thing. Any other day I would have rejoiced at the idea of a 30 minute lecture, but today... no. SHE JUST HAD TO INTERRUPT MY LOST WATCHING SESSION DIDN'T SHE!!!! argh. angry angry angry.
I decided to go home after that, but i got just past the clayton shops and remembered that I had a prescription at the chemist to pick up back on campus. So i got out of the bus and got the next one to Monash. I got my script, then got back on the bus home.
has anyone ever noticed that when they get on a full-ish bus and there are only limited seats left, that you always sit next to the best looking person? well, i do.
the other morning i saw the lady godiva look-a-like on my bus. i made sure i stayed far away from them.
And when on a full bus, and a group of people come on at the next stop, I always hope that the good looking dude will come and sit next to me. it never happens though. there is always someone better looking than me for them to sit next to. ahh... such is the life of a mediocre looking public transport commuter.
aaron the chef and i had an interesting conversation today. on his blog he doesn't swear, bring up anything personal or say anything that could come back and smack him in the face later in life. he told me that its fairly easy for a prospective employer to just type a name into google and basically find out anything about you. i thought about this... and if people are as sneaky as this by looking up prospective employees, then im screwed. really. i am.
one glance at this blog and you'll find out that:
- im a heartless bitch
- im lazy
- i wag class/dont listen
- i suck at HTML
- i have no respect
- "Lost" overpowers most other forces in my life
- my friends are creepy
who would want to hire me?
everything in this world is fucked up.
in other news. I played indoor cricket today. we lost. 122 - 101. My partnership scored roughly 29.

That is nandita. she is my hero. she also happens to be my Computer Systems lecturer. i love her. its a real shame i can't understand a word she says. but have no fear nandita. i will continue to adore you and your ever beautiful fashion choices.
